The ideal production seamstress will take personal pride in their work and thrive on attention to detail. I will provide all components necessary to execute product: professionally graded patterns, fabric, hardware, labels, etc. Generally, I require the production of approximately 200 finished pieces within a 3-4 week turn-around. Aside from experience and high skill level, clear communication skills, personal pride in the quality of your work and excellent time management so that completion complies with contracted timeframe are NON-NEGOTIABLE. If you respond to this posting, please elaborate on the elements I've highlighted here and be prepared to provide a portfolio of prior work, samples, evidence of training and references from past clients. I will also require the completion of one item before signing a contract so that 1) I can assess your skill level and 2) we can negotiate a fair per piece fee-for-service agreement.
